PARKING REFORM

In-person public comment has resumed for the next City Council meeting, and we need your voices more than ever! Please join us on Monday, 01/13, to speak during the public hearing for the Parking Minimum Reforms. We must urge the Council to tie this policy to affordability requirements to address our community's housing crisis.

  • Make affordability the priority over profit for the few.

  • Tie parking minimum reforms to affordability requirements.

  • Make reforms conditional on affordability for households earning 0-80% AMI.

  • Study Old Town’s parking reform impacts before expanding the policy citywide.

  • Relisten to and consider Lilliquist's comments from the Committee of the Whole Meeting.
